School and just being
Yo all,
Man.., I was having some serious password issues with this site, but I’m back and I want to contribute to the cause of the city. So.., what gives with everyone? How is life in the world out there? Here is my deal:
- Been going to school for the last 10 days in the form of an in house residency at the Londen Institute of Evangelism in Corona, Cali. You cats who live in Cali. have it made (with the exception of the traffic); I mean it is beautiful with a big “B”. If I could find a place that was as nice weather wise and as beautiful without the traffic - I am there! Anyway.., school was a blast. We are being taught by some of the best minds in the church with respect to exegesis, church planting, church administration, leadership, world religions, and heard a great session on “convenant” that may be life changing for me with respect to my overall approach to theology and life as a christ follower!
- Missed my lady and family for that 10 days, but I just love reunions too! Can’t wait for the ultimate one in heaven. The school is a distance learning program with 4 required 10 day residencies. We will be going to Israel in September for my 3rd one. I can’t wait for that!
- Overall, life is good. My youngest son just graduated form James Madison Universtiy! Now he is looking for work in the real world. I told him if it doesn’t work out, he can come help plant a church with me!
Overall, life is really good. Great to be back home and great to finally have access back to this city! Talk at youz guyz soon!
